Where to put it
The bar beats the entrance. People at the entrance are carrying coats and looking for their table. People at the bar are standing still with nothing to do — they read everything in front of them.

The sign is the easy half
A sign gets people to scan. What happens next is the part that usually breaks: half your guests don't have the right app, the album needs an account, and the photos arrive compressed.
